This website, f30s.com, and the First 30 Seconds course are owned and operated by Rayadurg Consulting (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U70200KA2026OPC216005), with its registered office at A-1003, Mantri Tranquil, Gubbalala, Kanakapura, Subramanyapura, Bangalore South, Bengaluru 560061, Karnataka, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website or buying the course you (“you”) agree to these terms.
02The product
First 30 Seconds: The 30-Second Open is a self-paced online course of 12 modules with accompanying worksheets, tools, worked examples and bonus material. It is a digital product delivered online. Course content may be updated or improved over time.
03Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The current price is shown on our pricing page. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your payment is also subject to Razorpay’s terms and policies.
04Access and licence
After a successful payment we email your access details as described in our shipping & delivery policy. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the course for your own learning. You may not share your login, resell, copy, record, redistribute or publicly display the course or its materials. We may suspend access if we see clear misuse of this licence.
05Intellectual property
All course content, including the CIVH framework, videos, worksheets, text, graphics and the First 30 Seconds name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. The opens you write for yourself using the course are yours.
06Results
The course teaches a method. How much it changes your communication depends on how fully you do the work, practise, and apply it. We do not promise any specific job, income, promotion or business outcome.
07Refunds
Your purchase is covered by our 30-day Baseline-to-Better Guarantee. Refunds are handled under our refund & cancellation policy.
08Acceptable use
Please do not misuse this website: no attempts to break its security, scrape or copy its content in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
09Limitation of liability
The website and course are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We would always rather sort things out by email first.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.
