Refund & Cancellation Policy — First 30 Seconds

01The Baseline-to-Better Guarantee

Every purchase on f30s.com is covered by our 30-day Baseline-to-Better Guarantee. Do the course and put your Day-1 baseline recording beside your final open. If you cannot see the difference, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

You keep access to the course and bonuses even after a refund. We would rather you keep using what helped than lose it over a refund.

02How to request a refund

Email karanrayadurg@f30s.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject “Refund request”.

Include your Razorpay payment ID (it is in the receipt Razorpay emails you) or the date and amount of your payment.

We confirm your request within 2 business days and start the refund.

03Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit. We will share the refund reference with you so you can track it.

04Cancellations

First 30 Seconds is a digital course with access delivered by email right after payment, so there is no order to cancel once access has been sent. If you change your mind, the 30-day guarantee above applies.

If you have paid but have not yet received access, you can cancel by emailing us and we will refund the full amount.

05Failed and duplicate payments

If money left your account but the payment failed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If you were charged twice for the same order, email us with both payment IDs and we will refund the duplicate in full.
